Before retiring in 2017, Tom helped to shape the practice that we are today. A graduate of the University of the South and the University of North Carolina School of Law, Tom practiced debtor/creditor law, as well as bankruptcy and reorganization, representing both businesses and individuals in financial and commercial disputes. His career was peppered with honors and awards, including distinctions from The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
